Returns Policy

Return period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, no refund or exchange will be possible.

Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in the same condition as you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Do not send the item directly to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care products

Partial refunds (if applicable)

A partial refund may be granted in the following cases:

  • Book with signs of use

  • Opened CD, DVD, games or vinyls

  • Damaged or incomplete items not due to our error

  • Returns made after 30 days

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.

Customized products

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or those made to the customer's specifications.
Therefore, no return or refund will be accepted for these items, except in case of manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: a gift credit will be sent to you by email.

  • If the item wasn't identified as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense and non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

For any item with a value greater than €75, we recommend tracked shipping or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your return.
