These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the use of the website www.mioram.com and the sale of products offered under the trade name BPineda. By accessing this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

6. Delivery
Delivery in France, Europe and internationally. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination and are indicated at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates. No refunds will be made for delays caused by carriers.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers only)
In accordance with European directive 2011/83/EU: You have a period of 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal. To exercise it, send an email to: miooraam@gmail.com Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund will be made within 30 days after receipt of the return. Exceptions: No right of withdrawal for personalized or perishable products.

Returns are accepted only after prior agreement. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
